# How to Push Members to Integrations

### Before you begin (Prerequisites)

* **Permissions**: You must be an **Administrator**, **Supervisor**, or **Support**. See: [How to Manage Users and Permissions](/products/control-panel-overview/admin-overview/manage-roles-permissions.md).
* **Integration Setup**: At least one third-party integration must be connected and active.

### Instructions

1. Use the **Search** icon (magnifying glass) in the top navigation bar. Type the member's name or email and select their profile.

> Alternatively, navigate to [**CRM > View People**](https://control.peoplevine.com/customers), search by name or email, click **APPLY**, and click the member's **Name**.

> **Note (Pro Dash):** Navigate to **CRM > People > View People**.

2. Below the profile photo, click **Push Member**.
3. The system syncs the member's data to all connected platforms.
4. To confirm the sync succeeded, check the **Connected Accounts** section on the profile — the Peoplevine logo appears next to each connected platform when synced.

> To view the member's linked profile in a connected platform, note the customer ID shown in **Connected Platforms** and navigate directly to `control.peoplevine.com/customer/{ID}`.

### What Happens Next

* **On the platform side**: Member data is synced to connected platforms within approximately 10–15 minutes.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.peoplevine.com/products/integrations-overview/push-member-to-integrations.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
