# Control Panel

The Control Panel is the operator side of Peoplevine — where your team configures the platform and runs day-to-day operations. Everything below lives here.

**Set up** — platform admin, forms, applications, and membership program setup.

**Manage members** — create and manage CRM profiles and memberships, and run your loyalty program.

**Billing** — subscriptions and dues, charging and payments, invoices and the house account, refunds, transactions, and financial reports.

**Engage** — set up and run events and bookings, and send communications to members.
