If you haven't already setup an offer/coupon or a voucher, please do that first.
Now that your offer/coupon or voucher is setup, you can issue to a specific person by following these steps:
Login to the Peoplevine Control Panel
Go to the Offer or Voucher you created
On the legacy screens, click Issue Offer/Issue Voucher or the Issue Offer icon on the new screens.
4. Select the person you want to issue the offer or voucher to and continue.
5. They will then receive the offer or voucher in their account. If you had any triggers setup, those would kick off too.
