Within the following CRM experiences, you have the ability to filter your results by only active members:

  • All People - under Customer Type, select Active Members
  • View Groups - under the search bar, you can click to Filter for Active Members Only.  When selecting this, the data on the attribute will also show for members only.  You can toggle between All People and All Active Members as needed under the sorting options.
  • Build Segments - right before Apply Filter you will find the Filter for Active Members Only to only show data for active members.
  • Filter People - you can filter by attribute data for active members by selecting Filter for Active Members Only
  • Export Data - when exporting data, you can check the option Filer for Active Members Only to return data that is only for active members
