In this tutorial we'll show you how to generate a report with past event attendees and any other customer data, event data, etc. required.
- Login to the PeopleVine Control Panel
- Go to the Company Menu (click your company name) > Reports & Data > Export Data to File
- Build a custom report for the data Event Guest List and load the fields
4. We suggest to select all the fields and all the data, but you can also setup a filter if there's too much data
5. Once the file generates, you can download the report and open in Excel
6. Open the report in Excel and click on cell A1
7. Go to the Insert Menu and click Pivot Table
8. Now drag the relevant fields to generate your columns, filters and data.
