This matrix identifies which features are currently supported with our Toast integration.
When placing an order within the Toast app, you will notice an option to lookup a member/customer/loyalty member.
As soon as you add a member to the order, it will sync directly to PeopleVine. You can view this order live in the Order History.
Your members can also see this order directly in their Member Portal by going to /account/orders and on their dashboard (when using our OOTB or v3).
They can add a tip that will update in Toast (we default to 20%).
Members can enter a new payment method or thier preferred payment on file is pre-selected.
The system will automatically use your Toast payment processor to finalize the order. Please note that you can ONLY close out Toast orders to their payment processor.
