Let's assume that you are charging one of your Member from any of your existing Membership Program and you noticed that next billing date has skipped a year ahead instead of next.

Things to consider when this happens:

  • Are you setting the next billing date to YYYY(e.g.2020) then adding their payment info?
  • If so leave the next billing date as blank and then setup the subscription. The system will automatically set the next billing date, then you can edit the date.

Additionally, If you want to set them up but not charge until a certain date you can set the next billing date, but set it to a trial.
