Now when your members are checked in using the Control Panel, /Checkin or when scanning their QR code you can prompt a form to capture information on their visit.
Under the settings menu, you will find a new option for Membership settings. Here you will be able to select a form that we will prompt users to fill out when being checked in via the Control Panel, when scanning their QR code (or tap to check in) or when using the /checkin feature.
Once they've been checked in, we'll prompt them for this additional information which (if answered) will now be linked to that check-in and visible for your future reference.
The PeopleVine Venue App and PeopleVine POX for iPad currently do not prompt you to complete this form. We may introduce this based on demand.
