To setup a 1st time visit activity, go to setup a new loyalty activity and set the activity action (or step) to be: 1st Visit - Locator - 1st Time Visit to Business Location.
Reward Points for First Time Visit and Future Visits
You can engage people to try other locations within your network, by rewarding them points for first time visit.
