When a schedule owner logs into their account (/account/menu) they will be able to see their upcoming appointments, make changes to their schedule and more.
If they are a contact to a business that is assigned to a scheduler, they will see the following when they login:
This allows them to edit their visible profile along with their upcoming appointments.
Give Someone Access
In order for someone to have access to these tools, you need to setup the following:
- Login to the PeopleVine Control Panel
- Create a new CRM Record
- Assign the CRM Record to either a new or existing business/directory profile
- Assign the business/directory profile to the scheduler
