To manually add customers to your PeopleVine CRM database:
- Click the People (CRM) tab in your company's Control Panel and select "Register Person."
- Enter name, contact info, and social media handles for your customer.
Fill out the "Account Login Information" section to provide the customer access to your company's customer-facing PeopleVine portal. Check the box next to "Send an e-mail to this person with their password" to notify them of their account creation (customers will use this account to log in to your loyalty program/enter contests, etc.).
